Our preferred fused research method, developed by our principal RK Crosby during her PhD, combines quantitative and qualitative approaches within the same research tool. The quantitative measures give the quick graphs and measurable numbers that are easy to understand, and the quantitative helps us decipher what it means. By combining the two approaches in one the research is self-validating, without any of the variables that comes from doing say an online survey and focus groups separately.
